Worked with Juan to sell my parents home after Hurricane Ian. He was open, direct, communicative. No gamesmanship. Stood behind everything he said. Highly recommend.

Last year my uncle faced a major medical life change which required him to sell his home. I chose Juan and Amel as buyers because from start to finish they demonstrated care, understanding, and a willingness to go the extra mile to shoulder what burdens they could for me as my uncle’s Power of Attorney. I asked for “honest and easy.” That’s exactly what I received. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with property experts who exhibit integrity. In addition, they did not complain when I didn’t get everything moved by closing day! These are great people and you can count on them!

This home was severely damage by hurricane Ian. The insurance company is refusing to pay. The code enforcer is saying we are in violation. Sadly we were forced to sell this home. Blue Chip made the sale easy to perform with no gimmicks and a smooth transition. Though we were sadden by the sale, we are thankful to God that Blue Chip made it easy and gave us a fair property price.
